Starting as a fixer for documentary crews (TV, feature docs and intergovernmental), Suong quickly became a “perle rare” in the limited production world of the country and climbed up to production manager on international features (Netflix’s “Da 5 Bloods”, CNC founded “Les confins du Monde”, BBC BFI funded “Monsoon”). Her professionalism, perfect communication skills honesty and ability to bridge local ways with international demands has made her an extremely looked for producer

With an art education in Paris Vincent then specialized in moving images at the prestigious “Arts Déco” school. He founded the Almaz production company, a digital art collective and a short film festival. He has shot lots of documentaries and is now focusing on fictional work. His documentaries and music videos have been awarded internationally. In the region for the last 10 years he has worked professionally for clients in most Asian countries
